  1. FrontWindow() fails for motif/mswin when menu is on fAppWindow and it
  2. comes into front when accessing menu.  Need app to track other windows
  3. and keep "last-front" window.

  5. Views submenu:  menu->Remove() only works on mac, need to delete entire
  6. submenu for x/ms win (oooh and we need to fix that for all the windows
  7. w/ links to this submenu object....) -- need some gApplication-menu methods
  8. to deal w/ this and similar changes to app menu !!! why don't x/ms win
  9. believe in utility of app-wide menus ????

  12. DWindow::Activate() -- this is NOT called when user switches X windows, only
  13. when X window is opened (in Xwin).  Bummer.
